Product Manager Assistant
(Commercial Department)

Key Responsibilities:
• Compare placed orders with incoming deliveries;
• Identify and report any discrepancies between orders and deliveries;
• Record and maintain accurate data in the company’s software systems;
• Prepare regular reports and analyses on orders and delivered goods.

Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Good command of English (B2–C1 level, written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage;
• Confident user of spreadsheets, word processing tools, and inventory or warehouse management software;
• Positive attitude and professional approach when working with partners and colleagues;
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and analytical thinking;
• Strong sense of responsibility, precision, loyalty, and teamwork;
• Self-organized, proactive, and capable of working independently;
• High personal discipline and adherence to established corporate standards.
