Role and Responsibilities

• Site selection and evaluation – identifying and assessing potential locations.

• Negotiation of price conditions – conducting discussions with private owners, municipalities, and state institutions for land purchase or lease.

• Issuance of building permits – managing administrative procedures to obtain necessary construction approvals.

• Coordination with authorities – working with municipal and state institutions, including the Ministry of Regional Development, the Agency for Geodesy, Cartography, and Cadastre, and the Environmental Inspection.

• Expansion of the partner network – establishing new agreements with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners.

• Supporting the Investment Projects Manager – assisting in various project-related tasks.

Skills and Competencies

• B2 level of English or higher

• Bonus: ArchiCAD and Revit

• Bonus: German language
